IRICO (Hefei) LCD Glass G7.5-5 BOD equipment renovation project is a key renovation project for Panda Equipment. After receiving the renovation task, the leaders of the company attached great importance to it and immediately convened the technical backbone to establish the project team. Due to the short construction period and heavy tasks of the project, the project team reasonably arranged the work plan to ensure that the responsibility was assigned to each person and implemented in place, and timely coordinated with other departments on the related process of material supply, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the renovation work. Finally, with the strong support of the company's leaders and the efforts of the staff of the manufacturing center, the renovation work has been basically completed and is entering the stage of comprehensive debugging.
