The general manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of Panda Electronics Mr. Xia Dechuan discussed with the company's deputy chief engineer, technical experts and the person in charge of scientific research management about the operation and management mode, organization system and management structure, and the mode of industry university research cooperation of the Research Institute. During the three hours, the participants spoke freely and put forward good suggestions and opinions from the overall height of Panda and the long-term perspective of the 14th five-year plan in combination with the actual work.

Xia Dechuan pointed out in his speech that during the 14th five-year plan period, the company will focus on the layout of modern digital industry, actively strive for and undertake major projects of enterprise digital transformation, and strive to become the backbone of collaborative development of CEC digital industry. He stressed that scientific and technological R&D innovation is the main guarantee for the implementation of the company's 14th five-year development plan, and one of the most important specific measures is the construction of Panda Digital Industry Research Institute. He asked all units and departments of the company to fully understand the future development direction of the company, clarify the positioning, unify the thinking, seize the commanding heights of scientific and technological competition and future development, and contribute wisdom and strength to accelerate the digital transformation of the company and comprehensively enter the digital field.
