This year, affected by the rising price of raw materials, the profit margin of products has been further compressed. Panda Manufacturing Center further strengthens lean management, uses information technology to reduce cost and increase efficiency, and runs cost control through all aspects of production and operation; In view of the influence of material supply, the production department reasonably arranges the production plan according to the arrival of materials, and the market purchasing department pays close attention to the bottleneck material supply, and makes strategic preparation for important materials in advance, so as to ensure to meet the customer's order demand. From January to April, the order tasks of strategic customers such as LCD business, white household appliances and automotive electronics increased compared with the same period last year. At the same time, the new business such as LittleSwan washing machine and Haier products also add new profit growth points for the company's follow-up development. In addition, the company won two projects of BSH, which will be important customer in the future.
In the second half of the year, the company will step into the flexible circuit board project in the field of new energy vehicles, and more deeply integrate into the automotive electronics supporting field. Taking advantage of the rapid development of new energy vehicles, the company will upgrade its products, expand product categories, and achieve high-quality development.
