In order to break the boundary between business and finance, improve the level of financial management and business management, comprehensively improve the overall efficiency of the company, and promote the improvement of value level, Panda Electronics carried out a training on "logic, path, challenge and practice of business and finance integration" in the Panda Equipment Park on May 15. Relevant leaders of the company, all financial personnel, operation management department, administrative and legal department, middle-level personnel and business backbones of production, purchasing and sales departments of subsidiaries attended the training.

Professor Guo Yongqing of Shanghai National Accounting Institute was invited to give the lecture. With the development of science and technology and economic transformation, financial departments and financial personnel are also facing transformation problems. Starting from the company's goal of maximizing the present value under the balance of risk and reward, the teacher discussed the relationship between finance and operation under the management accounting system, explained the path to promote the integration of industry and finance from two different perspectives of financial departments, personnel and business chain, and shared the technology and method of industry finance integration. At the same time of learning the theoretical knowledge, Professor Guo also explained how to integrate the financial department and the business department in the daily operation process by combining the financial statement information of Panda and the vivid cases of other enterprises, which benefited us a lot.
