In the afternoon of May 6th, Panda Electronics held a legal work meeting to convey the spirit and requirements of relevant documents on legal work of shareholding entity, and to deploy the main legal work and specific tasks of the company in 2021. The Secretary of the Party committee of Panda Electronics Mr. Li Changjiang, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. More than 20 legal personnel of the company attended the meeting.

The meeting was presided over by the General Counsel and director of the administrative and legal department Mr. Lv Song. He first conveyed the key points of risk control and legal construction of CEC and CEC Panda in 2021. Combined with the company's 2021 legal work plan, he explained and interpreted the next step work ideas and specific tasks. Each industrial company reported the development of legal work in recent years. The meeting focused on the problems, difficulties, relevant opinions and suggestions in the current legal work of each unit.

Li Changjiang pointed out that all legal staff of the company should have three-understandings. First, they should understand the difference between rule of law work and legal work. The second is to understand the responsibilities of legal personnel in the 14th five-year plan. The third is to understand the working methods of the rule of law. He stressed that to manage enterprises according to law, we should grasp the four key points including organizational system, management mechanism, system process and internal and external resources, strive to explore, innovate and practice working methods, constantly improve the comprehensive ability of legal personnel, and create a new situation of the company's 14th five-year plan work of managing enterprises according to law.
