From February 7th to 8th, Panda Electronics held the second workers' Congress of the sixth session and the advanced commendation conference. The conference comprehensively summarized and reviewed the achievements made in the operation and Party Construction in 2020, put forward the working ideas and goals for 2021, and ensured the company's good start in the 14th Five-Year Plan, and welcomed the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China with excellent achievements. The company's leaders and 243 employee representatives attended the meeting. The deputy secretary of the Party committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and chairman of the trade union of Panda Electronics Mr. Yi Guofu, presided over the meeting. This conference was held in the way of combining live and video conference, with a total of 1 main venue and 7 branch venues.

The general manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of Panda Electronics Mr. Xia Dechuan, first made a report on the management of the company, entitled "accelerating systematic innovation, enhancing core competitiveness, and starting a new high-quality development of Panda in the 14th Five-Year plan". The report reviews and summarizes the main work and achievements in 2020 from 10 aspects. He pointed out that in 2021, the company's operation work should focus on the theme of high-quality development, give full play to the platform function of listed companies, pay close attention to the optimization of industrial product structure, improvement of scientific research ability, comprehensive lean management, construction of talent team, and speed up scientific and technological research and development, business model, incentive model and talent training model, further enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and create a high-quality listed company.

The Secretary of the Party committee of Panda Electronics Mr. Li Changjiang, made a work report, entitled "strengthening political guidance, focusing on innovation, gathering high quality development power of company". The report reviewed and summarized the main work of the Party committee from six aspects. He pointed out that in 2021, the party's political construction of the company's party construction work should be put in the first place, give full play to the role of the company's Party committee in "taking the direction, managing the overall situation and promoting implementation", continuously promote the deep integration of Party construction and operation, further focus on "innovation" and "promotion", and provide strong support for the company's 14th Five-Year plan.

The vice chairman of Panda trade union Mr. Zhou Yuxin, made a report on the performance of collective contracts in 2020 and the negotiation of collective contracts in 2021-2022.

Each delegation of the company discussed the work report made by the leaders of the company and the resolution of the meeting, discussed and deliberated the "2021-2022 collective contract" and its attachments, the company's management documents, and put forward the specific measures for the unit to implement the tasks in 2021.

At the plenary meeting of the workers' Congress on the afternoon of July 7, the "2021-2022 collective contract" and its annex and the resolution of the meeting were unanimously adopted. The representative of the operator Mr. Xia Dechuan, and the representative of the employee Mr. Yi Guofu, signed the "2021-2022 collective contract". At the meeting, employee representatives also conducted democratic evaluation on the company's leading group.
