The Secretary of the Party committee of Panda Electronics Mr. Li Changjiang, made a work report, entitled "strengthening political guidance, focusing on innovation, gathering high quality development power of company". The report reviewed and summarized the main work of the Party committee from six aspects. The vice chairman of Panda trade union Mr. Zhou Yuxin, made a report on the performance of collective contracts in 2020 and the negotiation of collective contracts in 2021-2022.
Each delegation of the company discussed the work report made by the leaders of the company and the resolution of the meeting, discussed and deliberated the "2021-2022 collective contract" and its attachments, the company's management documents, and put forward the specific measures for the unit to implement the tasks in 2021.
At the plenary meeting of the workers' Congress on the afternoon of July 7, the "2021-2022 collective contract" and its annex and the resolution of the meeting were unanimously adopted.
