On January 28, Panda Electronics held the 2020 collective contract inspection and 2021-2022 collective contract negotiation meeting. The general manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of Panda Electronics Mr. Xia Dechuan led the representatives of the operator, and the deputy secretary of the Party committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and chairman of the trade union Mr. Yi Guofu led the representatives of the staff side to inspect the performance of the collective contract in 2020 and negotiate the collective contract in 2021 on an equal basis.

At the meeting, the company's Human Resources Department reported on the implementation of labor contract management, labor remuneration, working hours, rest and vacation, insurance and welfare, and vocational skills training. The operation management department of the company reported the implementation of occupational safety and health terms.

The negotiation representatives of the operators and employees of the collective contract conducted equal negotiation on the collective contract of 2021-2022, the collective wage contract of 2021, the special agreement on occupational safety and health of 2021-2022, and the special agreement on the protection of the rights and interests of female employees of 2021-2022. A new round of collective contract discussion draft was formed and submitted to the second session of the sixth workers' Congress of Panda Electronics.

Xia Dechuan stressed at the meeting that the development of the enterprise should bring stable security and happy life to the employees, all units should strictly implement the terms of the collective contract, earnestly safeguard the interests of the employees, focus on the low-income groups of employees, improve the income level of employees, and further promote the harmonious and healthy development of the company.
