On the afternoon of January 6th, Panda SAP ERP system project internal acceptance review meeting was held in the Panda Equipment Park. Company leaders Xia Dechuan, Li Changjiang, Dong Zhiming, Guo Qing, Hu Huichun, Hu Dali, Wang Dongdong, and the general manager of Shanghai Jingtong Information Technology Co., Ltd. Shao Ruoming attended the meeting. The leaders of company departments and industrial companies, project leaders of Shanghai Jingtong SAP ERP system, etc. participated the meeting. The deputy general manager of Panda Mr. Shao Bo, presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, they listened to the summary report of Shanghai Jingtong company and Panda Electronics. The report makes a comparative analysis of the main functional modules of the project, the important nodes of implementation, the key business indicators of the system, and makes an objective summary of the overall use of the system, the implementation effect, the achievements and the parts to be improved. The report pointed out that at this stage, all units have initially established an effective system operation mechanism, which has laid a good foundation for further making good use of the system and continuously promoting the informatization construction of enterprises.

After the report, the representatives of the company's financial department and various user companies formed a project acceptance team to jointly complete the project acceptance work. After strict review, the members of the acceptance group agreed that the SAP ERP system project data of Panda Electronics were complete and standardized which met the requirements of internal acceptance, the project implementation process was scientific and reasonable, the key indicators were up to standard, the system went online smoothly, the business process was running normally, and the implementation achieved the expected effect. They agreed to accept the operation of the software system, issued the internal acceptance review report of SAP ERP system of Panda Electronics, and agreed to complete the project internal acceptance.

The Secretary of the Party committee of Panda Electronics Mr. Li Changjiang, and the general manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of Panda Electronics Mr. Xia Dechuan, respectively congratulated on the achievements of SAP ERP system project, expressed gratitude to all industrial companies and Shanghai Jingtong company for their hard work during the project construction, and asked all industrial companies to give full play to SAP ERP system plays an active role in further accelerating the pace of digital transformation and upgrading, strengthening information construction, and boosting management efficiency and enterprise innovation and development.
