On October 29th, Nanjing 5G smart metro industry partnership meeting and Nanjing Metro (China Mobile) 5G full coverage and full scene publishing ceremony were held in Nanjing. The conference published a white paper on the full coverage of the world's longest 5G Metro and the top ten scenarios of China's first 5G Metro application, and held a signing ceremony for the core partners of Nanjing Metro 5G industrial chain.

The deputy mayor of Nanjing Mr. Shen Jianrong, the director of Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology Mr. Ye Rongsheng, the general manager of Nanjing Metro Group Company Mr. Yu Baiyong, the deputy general manager of China Mobile Jiangsu company Guan Yimin, the general manager of China Mobile Nanjing company Liu Zhongru, the general manager of Panda Electronics Mr. Xia Dechuan, the director of Jiangsu Mobile System Department of Huawei Technology Dong Xuefeng,  and deputy general manager of Jiangsu CRRC Digital Technology Co., Ltd Yang Zeying and others attended the signing ceremony and signed the contract.

It was announced at the meeting that the 10 metro lines in operation in Nanjing have achieved full coverage of mobile 5G network, and Nanjing has become the longest city with 5G metro coverage in the world. Liu Zhongru said that in the next stage, they will carry out in-depth cooperation with Nanjing Metro, Panda Electronics, Jiangsu Huawei, CRRC Puzhen and CETC 14th Institute, explore more 5G rail transit application products, support Nanjing Metro improve its service and operation management level, and work together to build Nanjing Metro into a model of "5G Smart Metro" in China.

The signing of Panda with Nanjing mobile, Nanjing Metro and other units will give full play to their business innovation advantages in the field of 5G, jointly cultivate and accelerate the 5G industry chain, and contribute to the development of enterprises and industries.
