On the afternoon of July 24, the vice chairman of the Nanjing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC) Mr. Wu Weiguo led a delegation to investigate Panda. He was accompanied by the deputy general manager of CEC Panda and vice chairman of Panda Electronics Mr. Lu Qing, and received warmly by Secretary of the party Committee of Panda Electronics Mr. Li Changjiang, general manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of Panda Equipment Mr. Guo Qing, general manager and Secretary of the Party committee of Panda Information Mr. Hu Huichun.

Wu Weiguo and his delegation first visited the Panda Robot Exhibition Center, automation factory and smart city exhibition hall, and got a detailed understanding of the achievements of Panda in the application of industrial robot technology and the development of urban rail transit.

During the discussion, Lu Qing extended a warm welcome to Wu Weiguo and his delegation to Panda and expressed his gratitude for the long-term care and support. He briefly introduced the basic structure and industrial sector of CEC Panda, focusing on the history and culture of Panda Electronics, company situation, and its important role in the development of China's electronic industry. He hoped that the Nanjing Municipal Committee of CPPCC would continue to provide strong support in the critical period of transformation, upgrading and innovative development of Panda, and contribute more to the construction of Nanjing smart city.

Wu Weiguo fully affirmed the contribution of Panda to the development of Nanjing smart city, and praised Panda for following the national policy guidance, actively promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, and constantly making new breakthroughs. He pointed out that Panda has accumulated rich experience in the development of the whole industrial chain and digital economy, and has made remarkable achievements. He hoped that Panda would seize the opportunity of the times, boost the digitalization of the industry with digital industrialization, build new advantages for development, and give full play to the leading role of state-owned enterprises, and actively promote the sustainable and healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the industrial chain.
