Recently, the Jiangsu Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department announced that the project of "research and application of AFC key technology based on mobile payment gateway" declared by Panda Information won the "second prize of Jiangsu Construction Science and Technology Innovation Achievement in 2019".

In recent years, with the concept of "Internet+AFC system" put forward, the application of mobile payment in rail transit has become the development trend of the industry. The project consists of intelligent transportation ticketing system based on cloud platform and automatic fare collection system of rail transit based on mobile payment.
1. It constructs the Internet Ticketing system through cloud computing, and puts forward the "five + three" fusion architecture model for the first time. It adopts the real-time push mode to ensure that the payment data of the new payment method can be delivered to the Internet Ticketing system quickly and accurately.
2. Research on mobile payment technology standards, launch the joint code sending technology of Metro and e-commerce, and standardize the two-dimensional code data structure and the data interface between AFC systems.
3. Combined with the technical specifications of urban rail cloud, proposes to adopt the "private cloud + traditional SAN storage" architecture to build the Internet Digital ticketing system to ensure the highest utilization of system resources and the strongest expansibility.
4. With the large-scale launch of mobile payment, the official app construction access scheme is introduced to solve the interconnection needs of passengers' off-site "one ticket" travel.
5. Combined with the basic requirements of information security technology network complete level protection, the security architecture of AFC system based on mobile payment gateway is designed to meet the three-level protection requirements and ensure the security of mobile payment business and data.

At present, the achievements of the project have been successfully applied to the AFC system of Nanjing, Hefei, Wuxi, Suzhou, Chengdu and other cities. The operation of the system is stable and reliable. It has become a typical case of the Internet +AFC system, opening up new ideas for the application of new technologies in urban rail enterprises.
