Recently, Panda Electronics organized and held a group talk meeting before the appointment of new middle-level managers in the equipment park. The general manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of Panda Electronics Mr. Xia Dechuan, Secretary of the Party committee Mr. Li Changjiang, and deputy secretary of the Party committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection Mr. Yi Guofu, attended the meeting and put forward requirements respectively.

Xia Dechuan first congratulated the promotion and new middle-level managers on their new leadership positions. He pointed out that as the middle-level cadres of state-owned holding listed company, they should find their own position in the new posts, conscientiously perform their duties, take the initiative, strive to maintain the interests and image of the company, and firmly establish the awareness of serving the country, society and all employees.

Li Changjiang pointed out in his speech that the cadre adjustment was a decision made by the organization after careful study. He hoped that everyone would live up to the expectations and make greater contributions to the development of the company.

Yi Guofu pointed out in his honest talk that leading cadres should fulfill their duties and dare to take on their responsibilities; be diligent and passionate; exercise their power in accordance with laws and regulations.
