Recently, Panda Electronics held the implementation initial meeting of SAP ERP system project phase II financial system in the equipment park. Company leaders Dong Zhiming, Shao Bo and Hu Dali attended the meeting. Participated units of the phase II financial system of SAP ERP system project and relevant principals of Shanghai Jingtong attended the meeting.

The meeting pointed out that the SAP ERP system project of Panda Electronics was launched in July 2017 and has completed 80% of the overall task. The project construction progress is normal and is steadily moving forward. The project team will further summarize the construction experience, and it is expected to complete the online trial operation of the financial management system of the remaining four units in July this year. In 2021, the overall acceptance of phase II project will be completed, and the work will gradually focus on the operation and maintenance of SAP ERP system and optimization and upgrading, so as to give full play to the role of SAP ERP system and create benefits for the development of the company.

The meeting emphasized that the construction and implementation of informatization projects will sort out and reengineer relevant processes, which will involve coordination between different departments, and may also temporarily increase the workload of relevant personnel. In this process, it is hoped that the implementation unit will actively overcome the difficulties, enhance the sense of responsibility, complete all works in strict accordance with the project plan with quality and quantity guaranteed.
