In order to encourage innovation and create efficiency, the company has given financial and policy support to the annual key R&D projects of all the industrial companies (departments), signed task responsibility letters with project leaders, and carried out process tracking management and period evaluation. At present, all projects are progressing smoothly, which highlights the great progress of the company's scientific research ability and project management ability.

Among them, "Wireless Cluster Voice and Video Real-time Recording and Storage Management System for Rail Transit" of Panda Information is developed in an all-round way in combination with the development of Panda's business in the field of rail transit. The first stage of the development and application of the system has been completed. In the second stage, the compound, recording, storage and management of voice and video will be started. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional display modules, the project of "Research and Development and Industrialization of TCON Products Based on FPGA & AISC" of Panda manufacturing has developed a new type of display device with high performance and low power consumption by cooperating with universities. The project has entered the trial production stage and will accelerate the industrialization landing next step. The project "R&D and Industrialization of Emergency Broadcasting Intelligent Terminal in accordance with the latest national standards" of Panda Radio and Television aims at the latest national standards for emergency broadcasting, and develops related emergency broadcasting intelligent terminals. They have successively won bids for emergency broadcasting projects. At present, three patents for invention and eight software copyrights have been applied for, and the relevant equipment has passed the test of the Planning Institute of the National Radio and Television Administration.
