To further enhance the political awareness and comprehensive management ability of the cadres, Panda Electronics held a training course for the cadres from 19 to 21 July. The company leaders, all middle-level cadres and Chinese leaders of the Panda joint venture participated in the training course.

The training invited the experts in relevant fields, senior practitioners and university professors to give lectures. With the title of "Strict and Compliant Management according to Law, Actively Helping Enterprises to Develop with High Quality", and combining with practical experience, the legal expert guided enterprises to standardize operation and risk control by enriching cases. Chen Xilai, a partner in the risk management and technology department of BDO China Shu Lun Pan CPAs and a Chinese certified public accountant, taught us how to grasp the difficulties and countermeasures in implementing the new accounting standards. Dong Jianfei, Director of Policy and Regulation Department of Nanjing Taxation Bureau, gave the trainees an in-depth and simple analysis of the challenges, risks and opportunities brought by tax reform to enterprises. Gu Yongxing, the chief professor of the PLA Institute of International Relations, explained the background and root of the theme "remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind" and gave a lively party lesson.

The training schedule is compact, the curriculum is targeted, which has good guidance and educational significance. It effectively enhanced the comprehensive ability of the company's leaders and cadres, and accumulate new momentum for enterprise reform, innovation and development.
