Recently, Nanjing Panda Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) held the fourth meeting of the ninth board of directors and the fifth meeting of the ninth board of supervisors in the Panda Equipment Park. The members of the board of directors and board of supervisors, management and related personnel and accountants of the company attended the meeting.

The meeting deliberated and adopted more than 20 bills in 2018 including the work report of the board of directors, the work report of the board of supervisors, the work report of the general manager, the financial relevant report, the annual report and summary, the social responsibility report, the draft budget of capital expenditure items and the appointment of audit institutions. The meeting put forward the profit distribution plan for 2018 and the operation objectives for 2019.

The board of directors affirmed the work of management in 2018 and put forward new and higher requirements. The meeting put forward specific requirements and suggestions on standardized operation and industrial development of the company. On the same day, the company held the meeting of ninth Board of Directors Audit Committee, and listened to the annual report of 2018 audit work and internal control evaluation work and other related work reports.
