On the afternoon of February 28th, Panda Electronics held the lean management experience exchange conference in the Panda Equipment Park to summarize the company's comprehensive lean management work in 2018, promote experience and methods, and elect the advanced departments; mobilize and redeploy the comprehensive lean management work of this year to promote the company's lean management to a new level. Company leaders Xia Dechuan, Song Yunfeng, Liu Kun, Dong Zhiming, Shen Jianlong, Shao Bo and Yi Guofu attended the meeting.
The meeting was chaired by the deputy general manager Shao Bo. He pointed out that since the company started lean management, each department has integrated the lean management concept into its daily work, and achieved good economic benefits. According to preliminary estimates, about 20 million yuan of economic benefits (including cost savings and direct profits) was achieved through lean management in 2018, which laid a good foundation for the company to persevere in promoting lean management and achieving high-quality development.
After listening to the exchange speeches of 8 excellent lean management departments, the general manager of Panda Electronics Xia Dechuan affirmed the achievements of the company in promoting lean management last year, and pointed out the existing problems and shortcomings of each department. He emphasized that promoting lean management is the main line of the current company's innovation and development. It is an effective way to enhance the competitiveness of company, but also the only way to achieve high-quality development.
Xia Dechuan pointed out that it is a long-term, hard and meticulous work to promote lean management in depth, which must be done for a long time. First, all the cadres should work together to promote lean management and make it a natural habit of daily work. Second, we should vigorously carry out the popularization of lean management concept.
