On the afternoon of January 15, the company held a review of the implementation of collective contract in 2018 and the new round consultation meeting. The general manager of Panda Electronics Xia Dechuan, the assistant general manager of Panda Group and general manager of Handa Xu Jianyu, led the consultation representatives of operators, and vice secretary of Panda Electronic Party Committee, Secretary of Discipline Committee and chairman of trade union Yi Guofu attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Yi Guofu.
At the meeting, the Human Resources Department and the Operations Management Department of the company respectively reported on the implementation of the collective contract and its three annexes in 2018. In 2018, the performance of collective contract was generally better. The average income of on-the-job employees increased and reached the target stipulated in the collective contract; the rest and vacation system of employees was fully implemented; various kinds of training were organized and carried out, which played an active role in improving the quality of employees. There were 416 courses held throughout the year, and the number of trainees reached 9669; the construction of the company's talent team achieved fruitful results, with more than 20 skilled personnel been commended at or above the municipal level. The company strictly enforced the insurance and welfare system, granted millions of yuan to employees for medical difficulties due to illness.And company implemented the enterprise annuity.
The company actively implements the relevant provisions of occupational safety and health, and strictly enforces relevant laws, regulations and standards. Publicized the policy of safe production in an all-round way, strengthened the safety supervision of key positions, organized 58 safety inspections throughout the year, identified and rectified 72 hidden dangers, and strengthened the system constructions.
At the meeting, a new round of collective contract discussion draft was formed by consensus of the representatives of both sides and submitted to the forthcoming worker's congress for discussion and consideration.
Xia Dechuan and Xu Jianyu said that the rights and interests of employees are important for the development of enterprises. Company should strictly implement relevant laws and regulations of the state, strengthen enterprise management, and improve the performance appraisal and salary distribution system of employees.
