On Jan. 10, Panda Electronics held a skilled personnel training completion ceremony and skills work symposium in the Panda Equipment Park. The meeting summarized the skills work of the company in 2018 and issued qualification certificates for employees who participated in the vocational skills training in 2018. The deputy Secretary of Panda Electronic Party Committee, Secretary of Discipline Commission and Chairman of Trade Union Yi Guofu attended the meeting and made speeches. Representatives of the studio of the company's masters of skills and the winners of the skills contest attended the meeting.

Yi Guofu put forward three hopes for Panda's skilled talents: first, we should grow on own positions, constantly learn and improve our skills, and become the key talents in each position of the company; second, we should carry forward the spirit of "excellence and meticulousness" and constantly improve our skills, and strive to become experts in their respective fields; third, we should put on the construction of skilled personnel team in a more prominent position. We should strengthen the training of skilled personnel and actively build a platform and create conditions for the growth of skilled personnel.
