On the afternoon of December 28, Panda Electronics held the 1st provisional shareholders' meeting in the Panda Equipment Park in 2018. The meeting was presided over by Xu Guofei, chairman of Panda Electronics, and the directors, supervisors, management personnel, accountants and witness lawyers attended the meeting.

The meeting deliberated and adopted the bill of sustainable related transactions and related issues for the period 2019-2021.

On the same day, Panda Electronics also held the 9th Board of Directors Audit Committee meeting to listen to the report of 2018 annual report audit plan, internal control audit and related information, internal control evaluation work arrangements and other related works.
