Since this year, Labor Union of Panda Electronics has given full play to the main role of workers in promoting quality and efficiency improvement. It has further mobilized and guided workers to participate in the work of scientific research, production, management and marketing by carrying out "Three Improvements" activity. There are total of 248 "Three Improvements" projects were received, an increase of 18% over the previous year and created profit about 10 million yuan.

In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of workers to participate in the activity, the Labor Union used various forms for extensive publicity. Focusing on improving the quality and efficiency, transformation and upgrading, energy saving and environmental protection, management improvement, all the workers put forward many good implementation plans. Each company establishes an expert group to examine and verify the items submitted by employees, and  select both practical and valuable items for project approval. The company's Labor Unions follow up and guide the project to ensure the completion. In the end, 236 items were completed, with a completion rate of 95%. Among them, 70% are technology innovation and process improvement projects, 20% are management improvement projects, and the rest are service and other improvement projects. Nearly half of the projects covered energy saving and environmental protection, which have achieved better economic and social benefits.

Finally, the company's Labor Union will organize the production labor protection committee and relevant experts to check and evaluate the implementation report projects declared by each company, and finally select the first, second and third prizes and "Improvement Star" for  the excellent improvement projects.
