Since this year, facing the severe international trade situation and the increasingly fierce competition in the industry, Panda Manufacturing has been guided by high-quality development, driven by scientific research and innovation, deepening lean management, expanding new business and customers, promoting the all-round development of the company. Since the fourth quarter, the company has carefully organized production to ensure that the objectives and tasks can be achieved. The production of Panda LCD module parts, LG display, LG notebook and Ericsson products have entered the peak season. The production line is fully loaded and the employees work overtime to meet the customers' demand. CEC Panda Chengdu LCD project has entered the batch production stage, and now about 1 million T-CON board are delivered to it every month. The installation and commissioning of newly purchased two high-speed SMT machines were completed in only one week, and will be put into producing recently.

In terms of new products and new customers, the company strengthens its attention and prediction to the market, focusing on promoting the Little Swan Beverly washing machine project with independent R&D. Electronics manufacturing center provides main board, and Huage provides the injection moulding parts, and assembled to whole touch-controlled display assembly, which marks the company's formal entry into the field of white household appliances. New breakthroughs have been made in automotive electronic products. The company has been verified by a number of automotive enterprises and started to supply in batches. The glass reinforced plastic product of Huage has overcome the new technical requirements of Nokia project and met the requirements of UL94-V0 flame retardant. Extrusion products have achieved remarkable results in the improvement of new technology. Through the improvement of process layout and material recycling design, the output of single-shift cavity FRP radome with a width of 650 mm was increased from 125m to 195m, increased by 56%.

At the same time, the key project of lean production, intelligent warehouse management has made great progress. Relying on WMS system, combined with digital recognition and barcode technology, an integrated and perfect warehouse management system has been established. It is expected that in mid-December, it will be able to obtain the system certification of "integration of informatization and industrialization" and take another solid step towards the construction of intelligent plants.
