Since the second half of the year, Panda Equipment has carried out the spirit of the company's mid-year work conference, adhered to the market-oriented, continuously increased technological innovation, and achieved new breakthroughs. By the end of October, Panda Equipment has achieved 91% of the annual operating income target, increased by 38% year on year, and achieved 72% of the profit income target, increased by 48% year on year.

In the second half of the year, various projects of the intelligent manufacturing plant started one after another. At present, 1700 sets of production tasks of the Xianyang G8.6 phase II project have been completed; 90% of the Chengdu G8.6 phase II project has been completed and is expected to be finished by the end of the year; the Hefei Rainbow Glass Line project has been successfully completed and put into operation; the Shaoyang Rainbow Glass Line project in Hunan has entered the stage of installation and debugging stage; the Intelligent Automation Production Line project of CASIC intelligent factory has completed the design, and is about to enter the production and installation stage. All the projects are progressing according to the planned nodes.

The company continues to increase investment in R&D and speed up progress. The technical R&D of 0.6m high-speed and high-precision industrial robots has been completed. At present, some high-precision parts are being processed, striving to complete the assembly task of 50sets 0.6m high-speed and high-precision industrial robots by the end of the year; two 165kg heavy-duty robots have been installed and debugged, aiming to complete 80 heavy-duty robots by the end of the year.

The Intelligent Automation Production Line Project of CASIC intelligent factory is the focus of Panda Equipment in the fourth quarter. This project includes information technology, automation production line and intelligent warehousing. It was independent developed by Panda. The project is highly technical and time-consuming. It is expected that the first batch of deliveries will be completed by the end of November and all deliveries will be completed by the end of December. The debugging is required to be completed at the beginning of next year.

While fully guaranteeing the completion of key R&D production tasks, Panda Equipment actively promotes lean management. In October, relevant personnel were organized to participate in SAP-ERP training, and actively promote the online preparation of the company's ERP system.

There are only two months left in 2018, each department of the company have taken practical measures to ensure the completion of the year-round goals and tasks.
