August 20th, the cross border supervision and inspection meeting of Ministry of Finance was held at Panda Equipment Park. At the meeting, the commissioner of the Ministry of Finance Yang Ruijin fully affirmed the quality of Panda's accounting information and the enforcement of various laws and accounting standards. The chairman of Panda Electronics Xu Guofei and other leaders Xia Dechuan, Song Yunfeng, Shen Jianlong, Yi Guofu and Jiang Hong attended the meeting.

According to the requirement of Regulation No. 32 of the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China, the inspection group of the Finance Supervision Office in Gansu Province of the Ministry of Finance carried out this systematic and comprehensive inspection of Panda Electronics from July 16 to August 9. The company leaders and relevant departments paid great attention, actively cooperated and promote the inspection. After 25 days of intensive and orderly inspection, the on-site inspection was ended on August 9.

This meeting was a summary of the inspection work. At the meeting, the inspection team thought that Panda Electronics could formulate a sound management system and internal control mechanism, and established a perfect accounting management system in accordance with the Company Law, Accounting Law, and Enterprise Accounting Standards. And They also thought that Panda Electronics has a high level financial management and standardized management.

In view of the problems which were found in this inspection, the inspection team requested Panda to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Party and the new concept of development, summarize and rectify in time and improve the company management system further.

The leadership of the company indicated that it would do well in the following aspects. Firstly, the company will rectify and implement the problems detected in this inspection immediately. Secondly, it will make good use of the rectification results, draw relevant experience and establish a long-term mechanism. Thirdly, it will further strengthen the relevant personnel's study of laws and regulations, strictly implement company’s accounting standards, and constantly improve the level of financial management.

Xu Guofei pointed out in his summary that the inspection was a general inspection of Panda Electronics’s operation and management. It will promote the implementation of laws, regulations and accounting standards, improve the level of financial management, optimize the management mechanism of the company, and promote the stable and healthy operation and high-quality development of the company in the future.
