On the afternoon of August 13th, Panda Electronics held the work promotion conference for the second half of this year at Panda Equipment Park. It thoroughly implemented Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Party. It summarized the work in the first half of the year, analyzed the situation, put forward requirements, and further mobilized all cadres and workers to concentrate and meet difficulties in order to achieve annual goals and tasks. The company leaders Xia Dechuan, Song Yunfeng, Liu Kun, Dong Zhiming, Shen Jianlong, Guo Qing, Hu Huichun, Shao Bo, Yi Guofu, Jiang Hong attended the meeting.

The general manager of Panda Electronics Mr. Xia Dechuan conveyed the spirit of Mid-Year Work meeting of CEC and CEC Panda, and briefed key work accomplishments of Panda Electronics and each companies and departments from January to July of this year. In the first half of this year, the company made phased progress in key research projects. The key work was carried forward according to the nodes, and achieved good business. Xia Dechuan pointed out that although the overall operation of the company maintained a stable development trend, but there are still some companies and operating units have declined in varying degrees on the main operating indicators. In the second half of this year, we should tap the potential, and ensure that the company's operating indicators can be up to a new level.

For the work of second half of the year, Xia Dechuan emphasized, first, we should fully adhere to and strengthen the Party's leadership. Second, we should pay close attention to production and operation, and strive to complete the tasks of the main economic indicators formulated by the board of directors at the beginning of the year. Third, we should speed up key work and firmly follow the plan. Fourth, we should grasp the key year of the 13th Five-Year Plan of the company and promote the leap-forward development of the enterprise to a new stage. Fifth, we should deepen the reform of the company system and mechanism innovation, stimulate the vitality of the enterprise development. Sixth, we should further promote the comprehensive lean management. Seventh, we should continue to promote the construction of the SAP-ERP system phase II, and comprehensively enhance the information level. Eighth, we must focus on the cost and expense management. Ninth, we should strengthen the risk management to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises. Tenth, we must actively rectify the problems which were found in various special inspections.

Secretary of the Panda Electronic Party Committee Song Yunfeng pointed out in his speech that we should further strengthen our ideological understanding, clarify our development ideas, clarify the direction, and make all effort to promote every works. First, we should further strengthen the Party building work. Second, we should strengthen the risk management. Third, we should do a good job in team building, vigorously develop four teams of management, R&D, skills and Party building, strengthen performance appraisal and humanistic care. Fourth, we must seriously grasp the safety, confidentiality, stability and other works to ensure the harmonious and stable development of enterprises.
