On the afternoon of August 14th, Panda Electronics held meeting for the review of SAP-ERP system project phase I and the start of phase II at Panda Equipment Park. The general manager of Panda Electronics Xia Dechuan, the company leaderships Liu Kun, Dong Zhiming, Shen Jianlong, Guo Qing and Shao Bo attended the meeting.

Shao Bo introduced the construction of the SAP-ERP system phase I which was started from last July. With the joint efforts of all staffs, the preparatory task was successfully completed and the trial run was successfully carried out in early January this year. At present, the system runs smoothly and basically meets the goal of this project.

The experts presented in the meeting listened carefully to the work report and reviewed the relevant information. After full discussion, it is agreed that the construction of SAP-ERP system project phase I reaches the expected goal and can be accepted.

Xia Dechuan fully affirmed the effectiveness of the construction of SAP-ERP system phase I. He pointed out that the ERP project is a complex system. With the good cooperation, the SAP-ERP project phase I has achieved success, which can further enhance the capacity and efficiency of management. It has laid a good foundation for the company's overall deployment and practical application of SAP-ERP system. He stressed that all relevant department should make overall arrangements, organize and implement carefully, consolidate the achievements of the project phase I. And we must do a good job in the implementation and promotion of the phase II to ensure the full completion of the company's SAP-ERP project.

At the subsequent start-up meeting of SAP-ERP system project phase II, the partners introduced that the project phase II will be divided into two stages, and is expected to be completed within two years.
