On August 8th, the Secretary of Jiangsu provincial Party committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the provincial people's Congress Lou Qinjian came to Panda Electronics for survey. The general manager and deputy Secretary of Party Committee of China Electronics Corporation(CEC) Zhang Dongchen, the assistant of general manager of CEC, chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of CEC Panda Xu Guofei made a warmly receipt. The deputy governor of Jiangsu Province Ma Qiulin, the leadership of CEC Panda Chen Kuanyi, Liang Shengyuan and Lu Qing, the general manager of Panda Electronics Xia Dechuan accompanied the survey.

Lou Qinjian surveyed the show room and big data demonstration center of Panda Information, the industry robot demonstration center and the automation production site of Panda Equipment, and listened the achievements which Panda has made with chance of “China Manufacturing 2025” and the construction of Nanjing smart city. Lou Qianjian inquired carefully about the core technologies and market prospects of the products such as Panda Phone Pass and industrial robots. He encouraged Panda to locate themselves accurately, increase investment and strive for further development.

During the discussion, Xu Guofei introduced the basic situation, main work and results of the CEC Panda, and the objectives and tasks for a future period of time. Zhang Dongchen hoped that the provincial Party committee and the provincial government would give more guidance and greater support to the development of related industries.

Lou Qinjian fully affirmed the development goals such as Panda industry robot. He pointed out that PANDA is a national brand, the cradle of China's electronics industry. In order to revitalize the old state-owned enterprises, it is necessary to further clarify the development ideas, grasp the development direction and the cooperation opportunities. Firstly, gather the advantaged resources of the military industry and speed up the construction of a comprehensive competitive industrial system of civil-military integration, so that the military industry can become a powerful engine to lead the development of the Panda; secondly, increase the investment in research and systematic integration of civilian products, open up the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and promote the development of the industrial sector with the overall solution; thirdly, establish in-depth cooperation with Ericsson and other international companies, on the basis of mutual benefit and win-win situation, constantly seek development opportunities and new economic growth points.

Lou Qinjian stressed that Panda brand has a wide influence. The provincial Party committees and provincial governments always support enterprises to enhance the innovative development. He hoped that CEC Panda would deepen the scientific research cooperation, participate in the integration and improvement of the industrial chain in Jiangsu Province, and make Panda brand better.

Lou Qinjian also expressed his cordial condolences to all the cadres and workers of Panda and the retired old comrades as the role of an old comrade in the electronics industry.
