He pointed out that, under the joint efforts of the Panda Manufacturing and Information Center, the first phase of SAP-ERP project has been successfully launched since the end of 2017, and has been working well. It has played an active role in improving the management efficiency and the training of informationization talent, and achieved the expected goal. He emphasized that the successful implementation of the first phase of the project has laid a foundation for the company's confidence in promoting the SAP-ERP system. In order to realize the overall, efficient and error free operation of the system at an early date, the implementation team should improve the ability. The operation management department must have a good top-level design and make a good preparation for the second phase project.
