Ø  Automatic transfer system

Thesystem is applied to transfer the cassette in TFT-LCD clean workshop. There are two types: A and B.

 Ø Loading and unloadingsystem

Thesystem is applied to transfer the glass substrates in the TFT-LCD clean workshop. The 

robots will carry the glass substrate in the cartridge to the production equipment, and place 

the well processed glass substrate into the corresponding cassette.

 Ø Glass substratetransmission equipment in cell process

Theequipment is used for transmission of glass substrates with low powerconsumption and high cleanliness.

Ø Glass substratestorage device

Thedevice is for storage of glass substrate in TFT-LCD clean workshop. It is 

generally divided into four types.

Ø Cleaningequipment

Itis used for cleaning cassette and glass substrate in TFT-LCD clean workshop anddivided into three types of washers 

or cleaning machines.
